AMNESTY COURT

This court is designed for those defendants that have had warrants issued for their arrest for traffic offenses and misdemeanor charges and wants to plea to the outstanding charges and pay their fine and costs in full.  

Currently, for the remainder of the year 2017, the amnesty court will be held in September and November to accommodate those wishing to take care of their outstanding cases.  The court will be held on the afternoons of the currently scheduled court dates for those months.

In order to be placed on the amnesty docket, you must contact the City of Taylor Municipal Court at (334) 677-0029 to see if you meet the qualifications and be placed on the docket.
